Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm so happy you're here! A little bit about me and my journey to find Erra. My journey to natural healing began in 2014. A pivotal time in my life where the stressors of being a teenager had manifested into physical ailments. I knew that, after seeing many doctors and trying many different medications to manage my stress and its manifestations, that I had to take control of my health and find an alternative lifestyle to enhance my well-being. My studies began with books of natural doctors and ancient cultures, a lot of which isn't taught in schools yet was so crucial to my success. Working with the Earth as medicine, making modifications to my diet, and incorporating mindfulness practices such as yoga; I've gained vitality and inner peace. My mission became to share this knowledge and help others reclaim their health, thus Erra was born! A play on my name, 'Tierra', meaning Earth in some languages and 'era', for the time is now to come back to our roots and be who we are meant to be.
